Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support brand objectives and marketing campaigns.

- Conduct research to identify industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive content to inform content strategy.

  • Content Creation:
    - Conceptualize, script, produce & edit videos that align with our brand's goals, voice, and target audience.
    - Utilize social media's unique features, trends, and challenges to create entertaining and shareable content.
    - Ensure that all content is authentic, relatable, and well-edited.
  • Editorial Planning:
    - Develop editorial calendars to schedule and organize content production, ensuring a consistent and timely publishing schedule.
    - Monitor and track the performance of published content and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Visual Storytelling:
    - Collaborate with creative team to enhance content with visually appealing elements.
    - Ensure all visual assets are on-brand and effectively convey the intended message.
  • Social Media Management:
    - Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, creating and curating content that engages and grows the online community.
    - Monitor social media trends and respond to audience interactions and comments.
  • Audience Engagement:
    - Foster audience engagement through interactive content, live streaming, and community building initiatives.
    - Monitor and respond to comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Content Promotion:
    - Utilize various promotion channels, including email marketing, social media, and partnerships, to expand content reach and engagement.
    - Collaborate with influencers and industry experts for content promotion and co-creation.
  • Content Analytics:
    - Use analytics tools to measure the performance of content, providing regular reports and insights to improve content strategy.
    - Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing content based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator with a track record of creating viral content.
• In-depth knowledge of social media trends, challenges, and content formats.
• Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
• Excellent storytelling and video production skills.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
• Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing trends.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with an online audience effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creativity and staying up-to-date with pop culture and internet trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning:
    - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, requirements, and preferences.
    - Develop detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, and checklists.
    - Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and service providers.
  • Venue Selection and Setup:
    - Coordinate and oversee the setup and decoration of event spaces, ensuring they meet the specifications.
  • Budget Management:
    - Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
    - Negotiate contracts with vendors to achieve the best value for the event.
  • Vendor Management:
    - Select and manage vendors, caterers, photographers, florists, and other event-related service providers.
    - Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure they deliver services as contracted.
  • Event Logistics:
    - Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and guest services as needed.
    - Oversee event logistics, including guest registration, seating arrangements, and on-site support.
  • Event Promotion:
    - Working with marketing team to develop marketing and promotional materials for events.
    - Utilize various marketing channels to promote events, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
  • On-Site Event Management:
    - Manage event staff and volunteers, ensuring they are well-trained and organized.
    - Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event.
  • Post-Event Evaluation:
    - Gather feedback from clients and attendees to assess the success of the event.
    - Prepare post-event reports, including a financial summary and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio of successfully executed events.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Budget management and negotiation skills.
• Creativity and ability to think on your feet to solve problems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.
