Discount
Customers are entitled to a bulk discount if they
purchase in large quantities of books or other items in any MPH Bookstores
in a single receipt. Payment must be in cash or by credit card.
Currently our discount
rates are:
10% for purchases above RM1000.
12% for purchases above RM3000.
Bulk discounts will not apply to items already on discount or promotion
and on purchases of gift vouchers.
Free Delivery
Free delivery for the customers with purchases of
RM600 and above. Free delivery only valid within Klang Valley. Please
allow one week for delivery.
Gift Vouchers
For the perfect present, why not get our gift vouchers?
Vouchers are available in the denominations of RM10 and RM50.
Gift vouchers are only available for purchases at our physical stores.
Phone In Reservation
Service
Customers can phone in for book reservations in
all MPH outlets. Books will be reserved for you in your favourite store
for 3 days.
Purchases By
Non-Profit Organizations
Non-profit organizations with a valid Inland Revenue
Department Tax Exemption Certificate will enjoy a 10% discount on cash
purchases. The Certificate must be presented at the time of purchase.
Book Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,
just drop by any of our stores throughout Malaysia within 7 days of
your receipt of the item(s); we will exchange for you items of equivalent
or higher value. In the latter case, you'll need to pay the difference.
Please note that the items for exchange must be in saleable condition.
