    1. What is MPHOnline.com?

      MPHOnline.com is a virtual bookstore. It allows you to browse, search, as well as buy books, online. Our aim is to provide a complete online experience to our customers.


    2. What are the browser versions?

      MPHOnline.com is best experienced with "Internet Explorer 6.0" and above.

    3. What is the difference between MPH Bookstores and MPHOnline.com?

      The MPH Bookstores are physical outlets whereby a customer makes his/her purchases over the counter; whereas MPHOnline.com is a virtual bookstore whereby the customer makes his/her purchases online.

    1. How do I locate a book?

      Key-in the book title or author or ISBN or keyword and then press the 'search' button.

    2. Are the prices displayed on the website different from that of the physical bookstores?

      There is no price difference.


    3. What should I do if the book I received is damaged?

      Our Return Policy allows for a refund. However, the policy requires that the damaged book be returned to the following address within 7 days from the date of receipt of the book.

    5. I can't find the title I want at MPHOnline.com Can I place a special order?

      MPHOnline.com does not take special order at the moment. However, you can call our Customer Service Hotline at 603-29383818 or email them at customerservice@mph.com.my for enquiries on special orders.

    1. How do I place an order?

      Step 1: Select the books of your choice,
      Step 2: Click on the "add to cart" icon,
      Step 3: Key in your user-ID and password. If you are a new customer, fill in details by clicking "Sign Up" link,
      Step 4: Check the details of the item(s) you have ordered,
      Step 5: Key in your delivery address,
      Step 6: We have three payment methods to choose from. You can pay by credit card, Maybank2U.com internet banking or cash/cheque bank in. If you choose to pay by credit card, first choose the credit card type (Master or Visa), then Key in your credit card number and expiry date.

    2. How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?

      An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order. Also, a transaction number will be given to you, which you can use to check your order status.


    3. Can I cancel an order after I have confirmed it?

      No, you can't. However, exceptional cases will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

    4. How do I check my order status?
      To do so, just click on "MY ACCOUNT". Your account will be updated once your books are sent out. Alternatively, you can e-mail us at contact@mph.com.my. Just give us your transaction number and we'll check your status for you.

    5. Can I place my order over the telephone?

      All orders must be placed on MPHOnline.com. We do not accept telephone orders.

    1. How do I make payment?

      You can pay via Credit cards (we accept only Visa or Master Card), Maybank2U internet banking or bank your purchase amount into our Maybank Account.

    2. Is it safe to pay by credit card?

      Yes, it is. At MPHOnline.com , the safety of your transaction is ensured with the 128-bits Secured Socket Layer (SSL) payment system. This system completely protects the privacy of your personal details, as well as your credit card particulars.


    3. When is my credit card charged?

      It will be charged once your order is confirmed.

    4. How do I pay by cash or cheque?

      If you select to pay direct bank in mode, you have to wait for our confirmation email. This is to ensure that the books you ordered are available before you make the payment. In our email will be your Order ID and purchase amount. Bank in the amount into our Maybank Account and fax a copy of the bank-in slip to us. The detail of our account:

    5. Payment via Internet banking at www.Maybank2U.com

      Another alternative is to pay your purchase via Maybank2U.com. If you choose to pay through Maybank2U internet banking, you must remember your User ID and password. Our system will direct you to Maybank2U.com window, just key in your userid and password and the system will debit the purchase amount from your account.
  • On Delivery

    1. When will I get the books I ordered?

      If the book you ordered is available in our physical outlets, it will be delivered to you within 14 working days. If the book is not available in our physical outlets, delivery time will be within 49 working days. However, for customers who select "cash/cheque bank in" option, we only process the order upon bank clearance.

    2. How are the books delivered?

      The books will be delivered to your doorstep by courier.


    3. What happens if I do not receive my book after the stipulated delivery time?

      Should this occur, please e-mail us at contact@mph.com.my.

    4. What happens if I opt for partial delivery?

      Please note that the shipping charges are based on per transaction per shipment. If you opt for separate shipments for a single order, shipment charges are applicable accordingly. Kindly click here to view our Delivery Rates.
    5. What happens when the parcel is undelivered/ unclaimed?

      In the event that the item(s) or parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed from courier company and item(s) / parcel is returned to MPH Online, the you will have to bear the cost of shipment and handling charges to redeliver the item(s) / parcel.

      Kindly note should the order/parcel not been accepted, claimed or is undeliverable due to error or omission on the part of yourself or for which no disposition instructions have been provided to MPH (shipper) within the 90 days (upon receiving email notification from our end) of its arrival, the order/parcel shall be considered unclaimed/abandoned. MPH has the right and shall abandoned the order/parcel and no substitute/refund/re-delivery request shall be entertained. .

    1. What should I do if I forget my password?

      Just click on the "forget your password" hyperlink, and key in your User ID. You will be prompted for an answer to the question of your choice. Once the answer is verified, your password will be displayed on the website.


    2. How can I change my information?

      First click on the "Account" hyperlink, then click on "Account Profile". This will allow you to change or update particulars like your email address, password, billing address, payment options, and shipping options. Once you have completed the changes, click "submit".
